Q. Why are the New Client appointments more expensive than what I see on the "Service Menu" page?
a. 90% of the time when a client sees me for the first time, our appointment lasts much longer than a standard returning client's appointment does, and it also requires extra color and treatments to ensure a gorgeous finish. Each package's price reflects all the services and extra time and product needed to complete those looks PLUS a haircut & blowout+style to ensure your new look comes together perfectly.
Q. What if I don't want a haircut, blow dry, or a full head of color?
a. I recommend most new clients to get a haircut so your new color can look its best. The wrong haircut can negatively impact the results of your color. However, you can let me know at your appointment if you want to skip the cut.
āThe blow dry cannot be skipped as we need to dry the hair to make sure you love your new color before you leave!
Q. How much will my maintenance appointments cost after the first appointment?
a. After your first appointment, your maintenance services should be slightly less expensive than your first appointment if you are keeping up with your color. We will go over how much you can expect to pay at maintenance sessions during your consultation. If you plan to go extended amounts of time between your maintenance sessions, please note that your maintenance session may be treated as a New Client appointment again.
Q. What if I need a complete price quote for all my maintenance appointments and for the first appointment? What if I have special concerns or needs for my appointment? My hair has been having issues with breakage/hair loss/excessive greasiness/product buildup--what should I do?
a. If any of these questions apply to you, please book an in person Color Consultation before booking any of the New Client appointments.
Q. I can't find any availability on your calendar. What do I do?
a. My online calendar opens up 60 days in advance. I do not book further out than that, so keep an eye on my calendar to see when new dates open up. If you would like to be added to a cancellation list, you can email me at with information on what service you want to book and what days you're usually available!
Q. Why doesn't your New Client page have the service I'm looking for?
a. As a blonding, balayage and extensions specialist my services reflect those services I specialize in. I'm not currently accepting stand alone root touchup or haircut appointments and only do those in conjunction with my specialty services to achieve the look my clients are wanting. If you need a referral for any of these other services or have a question about a service you don't see listed, please email me and Iām happy to send you to one of my amazing stylist friends!
