Hey there, new friend! Welcome to my little slice of heaven, Madeline Barnes Hair. I designed my salon around the experience I wanted to create for my clients. A personalized appointment and laid back vibes is what we are all about! The vibes are just right in my salon located in the heart of East Cobb.
During your first visit, we will discuss your lifestyle, budget, and ultimate #hairgoals to curate the perfect hair experience for you. I have over 12 years of experience as a stylist, and I have been a color and extension specialist for much of that time! Giving women their confidence back is my passion, but I know life is busy…so I have created signature techniques that give you looks that fit your lifestyle.
Each experience also includes a personal styling lesson where we will discuss the tools, products, and techniques used to achieve my signature looks.

What to expect…

I am located in building 1511 - unit 165 in the Johnson Square Office Park. There is a large parking lot in the front.

I accept all major debit/credit cards. I also accept contactless payments, as well as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. Madeline Barnes Hair is a cashless salon. You may pay for your service in cash, but no change can be provided. To know more about the cost of your individual service, please request a virtual consultation.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals:
I appreciate a 48 hour notice for all cancellations, in order to leave enough time for me to offer that appointment to someone on my waitlist. If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment a fee equal to 50% of your service will be required before rebooking your appointment. If you no-show without notice for a scheduled appointment, you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment in advance without a 100% service deposit.
New Guests who no-show will not be able to reschedule their appointment.
If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible by texting 404-530-9258. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you - however some aspects of your appointment may be adjusted.
Adjustments & Refunds:
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, if you are not entirely satisfied, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind or attempted to alter your hair elsewhere.
Guests & Children:
Please be advised that due to liability reasons and the intimate salon environment, I ask that child care is provided away from the salon. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.
